The problem

Patients leave holding information they cannot read. Clinics keep re-asking the same questions.

Patients01

A lab PDF is a column of numbers and ranges. They can't tell what “high” means for them, search the internet and worry. Paper reports get lost, so history is rebuilt from memory at every visit.

Labs02

The report is the only thing the patient sees of the lab's work. No follow-up, no repeat-test reminder, and no reason to come back over a competitor.

Doctors03

They can't remember every patient's history. Consultation time goes into basic questions instead of decisions.

Clinics & hospitals04

Long waits frustrate patients, who feel they paid for a rushed visit. Prescriptions, lab orders and billing live in separate places.

How it works

From the lab to knowing what to do

01

Your lab finishes the tests

Same lab, same sample, same signed PDF as always.

02

PDF + private link on WhatsApp

Both arrive in one message. The link opens with a one-time login on your number.

03

A plain summary first

How many values are normal and how many need attention.

04

Flagged values light up on your body

The view zooms to the organ, so you see where the value comes from.

05

Tap to understand

What it means, what usually causes it and when to see a doctor — with the lab's own range.

06

One timeline

Past reports sit together, so you can see whether a value is improving.

Answer once, before you see the doctor

While you wait, a short interview asks about your concern, medicines and past visits — so the doctor starts with your history instead of the basics.

Questions are configured by the clinic, per specialty.

Collects history only. It does not diagnose or advise; a doctor reviews everything.
Doctor flow
  1. Sees a one-screen summary before the patient walks in.
  2. Writes the prescription and lab tests in Nivarun.
  3. Prescription goes to the patient on WhatsApp; lab orders go to the lab; all saved to the timeline.
  4. Patients out of the city get the same flow as an online consult.
What the clinic configures
  • Questions per specialty, and how many.
  • Branding, languages, and where the assistant is installed — website or app.
  • What the doctor sees in the summary.

From our pathologist

"Every day I sign reports that patients will not understand. The numbers are right, but nobody tells them what to do with them. Nivarun is the conversation I wish I could have with each one."

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Do I still get the normal PDF?+

Yes. The signed PDF arrives on WhatsApp as it does today; the dashboard link comes in the same message.

Who can see my dashboard?+

Only you. The link opens with a one-time login on your WhatsApp number. A clinic sees your history only if you give consent.

Is this a diagnosis?+

No. Nivarun explains and flags values against your lab's own range. Always confirm with your treating doctor.

Who writes the food suggestions?+

They are written or reviewed by a qualified clinician — starting with our founding pathologist. Anything involving medicines, pregnancy, children or seriously abnormal values says “see your doctor”.

Can I use a report from another lab?+

Yes. Upload an old report to get the same dashboard; this is part of the optional paid plan.
